Question: What are your specialities?
Answer: I specialize in curls/natural hair education, color (multiple color certifications) & cuts
Question: What do you love the most about coily/curly hair?
Answer: The variety of curl types and the beauty within each and every one of them. Curls/coily hair are never boring!
Question: What’s your go to hair regimen?
Answer: I use Biolage HydraSource for washing & conditioning; Mizani or Botanika for styling
Question: What are your favorite products?
Answer: Botanika: The Definer, The Enhancer & The Protector
Question: What is your favorite hairstyle?
Answer: Wash & Go because you get to see the curls in it’s truest form and most defined. Contrary to some people’s beliefs, I believe ALL curls can get defined.
Question: What do you consider a good hair day?
Answer: When curls are bouncy, shiny, defined and hydrated
Question: What inspires you to do what you do?
Answer: Initially my own curl journey, then my daughters’ curls and now my guests’ journeys. We all have curl stories and I love to be a part of them and help guide those curlies into the right direction. We’re not born knowing but we can learn.
Question: What’s your personal Motto?
Answer: ALL CURLS ARE GOOD CURLS as long as they are HEALTHY. Length does not equal health but HEALTH equals length.
